What data this site processes

• Browsing data

  The site uses no tracking or profiling tools of its own. The hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may record technical logs, such as IP addresses, needed to serve the pages and protect them from abuse.

• Booking form

  The details entered in the form (name, phone, notes) are neither sent to nor stored on any server of the practice: they compose a WhatsApp message that you yourself send from your own app.

• Cookie preference

  The choice you make on the banner is stored only in your browser and never reaches the practice.

Data you send us

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we process the data you choose to share (identity, contact details and the information relevant to your request) for the sole purpose of managing the appointment and replying to you. The legal basis is the performance of the pre-contractual steps you request. Any health information you choose to share in advance serves only to direct you to the right doctor: clinical records are managed at the practice, with the required consents, not through this site.

Third-party services

• Hosting · Cloudflare Pages

  The pages are served by Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which acts as a technical provider and may process network logs for security and delivery.

• WhatsApp · Meta

  If you choose to book or write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on Meta’s platform and its terms and privacy notice apply.

• Google Maps

  The map on the contacts page loads only if you press the dedicated button. Until then no data is sent to Google.

• Fonts and assets

  The site’s typefaces and assets are served from the same domain as the pages: opening a page contacts no advertising networks or third-party CDNs.

Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for any legal obligation. The hosting provider’s technical logs follow its own retention terms.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, and exercise your rights to object and to data portability (articles 15-22 of the Regulation). Requests go to the controller’s contacts listed above. If you believe a processing operation breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
